Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of providing all labor, material and equipment to construct 2,455 LF of a six (6) foot wide paved asphalt trail with stone drainage trench, an asphalt pad for four (4) handicap parking spaces, placement of 1,200 SY of 2-inch stone surface for a parking lot, a thirty five (35) foot long six (6) foot wide Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) pedestrian bridge with concrete abutments and all site restoration. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor - Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents. sealed bids must be addressed and delivered to Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Stafford, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd floor - Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 and plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the Contract Number and Title at which time they will be publicly opened and thereafter read aloud in the Council Meeting Room of the Stafford Township Municipal Building, on the First Floor, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, for the following: BID # 2025-009-TWP FORECASTLE LAKE TRAIL PROJECT FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofthe bid for goods and services.
