Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
UH Business Center 3 (BC3) is a new facility acquired by University Health designed to house call centers and other office departments. The scope of services for this bid opportunity includes hiring a contractor to design, build, and install three vehicle gates that will integrate with gate motors provided by Multilink. These gates will secure the two drive lanes leading from the North and East parking lots to the South parking lot at BC3. In addition to the vehicle gates, fencing will be installed along the far west edge of the parking lot, extending from the north gate to the existing southern wooden fence. Additional fencing will close the gaps between the east gate, the southern wooden fence, and the facility. To further enhance security, a fence will be added along the wall of the dock area, preventing unauthorized access to the southern parking lot. Each automated gate will be accompanied by a pedestrian gate, and an access gate will be installed along the western fence to allow access to the landscaping area on the far west side of the campus. the design of the gates and fencing will match the existing gates and fencing located at the following UH campuses: RBG Main Campus, RBG West Lot, RBG Annex, RBG North Parking Lot, TDI, and both BC1 and BC2.
