The Project and Work for the Project consists of, but is not limited to, the partial replacement of the existing HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and all associated work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. Reclaim and dispose of old refrigerant 2. Remove and dispose of old evaporator coil, condenser and interconnections refrigerant piping 3. Supply and install new evaporator coil, condensing unit and refrigerant piping 4. New Condenser coil to be a 40 Ton, 11.7 SEER rated Trane equipment or equal 5. Install all necessary refrigerant specialties to complete the installation (filters, valves, etc.) 6. Provide insulation & insulate new refrigerant suction piping 7. Evacuate new piping & coil to required micron vacuum to remove all noncondensables 8. Install proper refrigerant amount based on coil capacity and piping length 9. Includes Start up system and verify proper operating pressures. 10. Connect new condenser to existing electrical service. 11. Ensure proper start up according to warranty.
