This Request for Qualifications is issued by NPC for the purpose of establishing a Vendor of Record List ("VOR List") for the provision of Topdressing Sand required for the maintenance of the NPC golf courses for the 2025 growing season. The golf course putting greens within the NPC require the use of topdressing sand in order to offer the product our customer has come to expect and to protect the long-term health of our greens playing surfaces. To maintain the integrity of our putting green construction, USGA ("United States Golf Association") specifications will be the standard measuring tool for quality of material procured. The Goods will be required on an "as required" basis by the NPC Golf Operations department.
