Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of June 18, 2025 Project was awarded to The Saunders Company but the awarded amount is not available. Constructing 677 feet of 30" PVC, 746 ft of 24" PVC, 341 ft of 20" PVC Sewer Pipe, 37,207 sf of Cold Plane Removal, 1,196 Tons of Asphalt, Pipe Burst 886 of 12"AC and install 8" HDPE. 564 ft of 8" PVC Water Pipe, 871 ft of curb, 2,433 SF if sidewalk, and miscellaneous other items. Each bid proposal must be submitted on the forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty (certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond) in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount bid. There will not be a pre-bid meeting or site visit conducted by the City. All questions or requests for clarification shall be directed in writing to the Terry Chamberlin, Project Engineer, via email: tchamberlin@lincolncity.org, or by regular mail to Lincoln City, PO Box 50, Lincoln City, Oregon 97367. All written questions must be received by the Project Engineer by 5 PM PST on March 25, 2025, 9 calendar days prior to the Bid Due date.
