Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 21,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Construction of a new pavilion that will accommodate 175 additional students in teaching, psychoeducation, guidance, sports intervention and school administration. The spaces will include active and collaborative learning rooms as well as practical work spaces, all in state-of-the-art facilities. There will also be pilot classes allowing real situations to be simulated with groups from schools in the region. The building will be linked to the main complex by pedestrian and service tunnel.
