Reference Number 0000379756 The scope is installation of a 5-foot concrete sidewalk with a 2-foot beauty strip along Mullis Street, from West Campbellton Street to Dodd Street, and from Dodd Street to Strickland Street. The project also entails the installation of pedestrian improvements on a section of Dodd Street, from Mullis Street to W. Broad Street. The scope of Add Alternate #1 consists of the installation of pedestrian lighting. All work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed with Construction (NTP). Question Deadline 03/28/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions of a technical nature should be submitted in writing to the City of Fairburn via electronic mail, to the procurement inbox: purchasing@fairburn.com. Questions are submitted online Yes - Bid Bond 5 % No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 60 days after the time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
