Reference Number 0000384525 The Electric Cities of Georgia Engineering as well as the City of Fairburn Power Department will inspect all work for Fairburn Highway 29 Pole Upgrade and Replacement. The contractor will provide all labor, safety equipment, tools, and supervision to accomplish the contracted tasks. All infrastructure materials for the project will be provided by the City of Fairburn.
