SCOPE OF WORK: As described in Attachment C, Plans and Specifications, the City is seeking a General Contractor to complete the following interior remodel work. Community Room conference room doors A and B, time and materials: Provide and replace one set of double oak doors with a set of new doors to match the new design standard in the building (Community Room entrance). Littleton Center lobby entrance space time and materials (approximately 3706 square feet): Remove retired exhaust duct work and diffuser, cap the opening in trunk duct and seal. Install new ductwork to connect to existing and install new diffusers to provide heat and cooling to the entrance space.
