Site work for a transportation facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
This project includes: The installation of approximately 4,300 linear feet of new wildlife fence along with manually operated gates and ditch crossings. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that there are NO SBE/DBE participation goals prescribed for this project. As a good corporate citizen, JAA fully supports the usage of SBE/DBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBE/DBEs at every opportunity This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 150 days.
