The Erie County Water Authority will receive separate, sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, plant, tools, equipment and specified materials or services for the ERIE COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, TRIMBLE DATA COLLECTOR REPLACEMENT. The Work consists of a single contract for the purchase and delivery of Trimble Data Collection equipment and related warranties and licenses When permitted, members of the public may be present to observe the bid opening. All attendees must bring a government-issued photo identification (driver's license preferred) and check-in with the ECWA receptionist before being allowed entry to the bid opening. Whenever the Erie County Water Authority is operating under a Declaration of Emergency due to a pandemic or other general state of emergencies, members of the public may be precluded from being present at such bid opening. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid all questions about meaning or intent of the bidding documents shall be submitted to the designated contact person in writing.
