Bid Documents (paper) will be shipped pre-paid to the requester. Only Prospective Bidders who obtain Bid Documents through Parkhill will be registered as a document holder and will therefore automatically receive addenda if/when issued. Payment shall be Company check or cashier's check made payable to Parkhill, or by credit card. No partial sets will be issued. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Parkhill. A Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of 5 percent of the gross Bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each Bidder. Bids are solicited and a Contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended. No Pre-Bid conference will be conducted. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before the dates or within the number of calendar days indicated in the Agreement. Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages.
