This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools to perform all necessary work for the rehabilitation of approximately 3,818 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch sewer line using the Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) method. Mobilization/Demobilization Pre-Installation CCTV Inspection and Sewer Line Cleaning Protruding Tap and Obstruction Removal 6" CIPP Liner Installation 8" CIPP Liner Installation Customer Service Reconnection (Via Robotic Cutter) Post-Installation CCTV Inspection Spot Repair Allowance The Work will be substantially complete within 120 calendar days Prospective bidders are required to register as a Plan holder to receive documents and addenda, and must obtain Bid Documents directly through McDonald Engineering to be registered. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond for 5 percent of the gross bid. Construction, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, from a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma, are required. Maintenance Bond guarantees repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for one year after acceptance by the Owner. Only the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder will be awarded the contract, though the Owner reserves the right to correct non-material clerical errors and to reject any or all bids in accordance with Oklahoma law. Bids received outside the allowed timeframe will not be considered. Conditional bids are not accepted.
