RAM Construction & Development, LLC. (RAM), as Construction Manager for Florida A&M University (FAMU), is solicitiing bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors on the following project: Howard Hall Renovation 1750 Wanish Way Tallahassee, Florida Project consists of the interior renovation to the existing two-story ROTC building (Howard Hall). The existing structure is approximately 22,000 square feet. The renovation project will include site work and underground utility connections, interior renovations to the existing structure, and the addition of a new elevator and Lobby area.
