Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed General Contractor for repairs on all windows on the North and East elevations of the Leon County Courthouse (17,000 linear feet). Repairs will include removal of existing failed sealant, preparation of the window frames and mullions and reinstallation of new sealant to prevent water infiltration.
