Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Third Avenue is a principal transit street in downtown Seattle. The project will re-pave the existing pavement from curb to curb. Improvements include pavement and sidewalk replacement, curb ramps, signing, areaway protection, and channelization. The project also includes the installation of new ductile iron water main pipe which will require: temporary water mains, valves, hydrants, cathodic protection, temporary cut, cap and blocking of existing water mains, connections to the existing water mains, and water service connection transfers.
