Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgewood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Edgewood is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. 1.2. Background Project includes the reconstruction of several streets within the City with new concrete pavement, a gravel base and underdrains. The project will also include the replacement of sidewalks and driveway aprons as well as some storm sewer improvements associated with the roadway. 1.3. The Engineer will issue a clarifying addendum to each person on record as having received a set of Contract Documents. The Owner will not be responsible for oral instruction or information. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to bid date cannot be answered.
