WORK generally consists of renovation of existing open volume space into three (3) classrooms including CMU walls, mechanical and electrical systems, ceilings, drywall, doors and frames, and flooring.Not less than the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work on this project, within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. Pre-qualification information shall be submitted in duplicate on a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement, 2007 Edition and received for consideration at the office of Kenyon and Associates, Architects, Inc., 6824 N. Frostwood Parkway, Peoria, IL 61615, by the bid opening date. No bid shall be withdrawn for 60 days after opening of bids without consent of the Owner.
