The City seeks to contract with multiple State of Ohio licensed lead abatement contractors under this solicitation. Assignment of work will be done with consideration for the needs of the City and its residential property owners. The total amount of funds budgeted and available under this solicitation for the term of the grant 2024-2028. The Contract period shall run from the date of approval of the purchase order to December 31, 2025, with an option to renew each year until December 31, 2028. A Contract review will be conducted by each October, by both the City and the Contractor, to determine if the Contract shall be renewed. The City may have up to 212 housing units for which these services will be required through 2028. The City cannot guarantee nor predetermine the number of units each company will be assigned. Questions are accepted until 1:00PM (local time) on Thursday, March 13th.
