Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223 614-752-7861 | LLawrence@dps.ohio.gov The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 90 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5 percent. SCOPE OF WORK: • Protect all fixtures from damage during demolition. • Remove doors, partitions, fixtures, and appliances as necessary to install new tile on walls. Save and protect all material and hardware for reinstallation after new tile installation. Demolish all existing floor and wall tile and shower basins. • Replace damaged drywall as necessary. • Provide and install new tile floor and base in Locker Room 101 and 103 and Restroom 206. New tile to match existing Atlas Concord Cove 12" x 24". New base and grout to match building standard. • Provide and install new tile to a height of+/- 57" AFF with bullnose tile trim as top course. • Finish drywall from +/- 57" AFF to 2" above acoustical ceiling and paint to match building standard. • Reinstall all doors, partitions, fixtures, and appliances that were removed during demolition.
