Rehabilitation is to include deck repairs, waterproofing and pavement, parapet wall replacements and soffit repairs. - The service provider will provide an administration office and a full complement of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS). - Due to restrictions for single lane closures contract administration and inspection services will be required for both daytime and overnight periods. - The assignment is planned over a single year, starting in May 2025 and will extend completed on November 7, 2025.
