DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Planning, design and construction administration services for development of Shaw City Park. Proposed tasks may include creating a specific park site plan and site design; design of park specific support structures such as gazebos, shade structures, playgrounds, restroom facilities, and recreational courts; and design of park infrastructure including, but not limited to, parking and vehicular use facilities, stormwater facilities, outside lighting, signage, water, sewer, and reclaimed water facilities, natural or propane gas and electrical facilities, communications facilities, landscaping and irrigation, and associated permitting. Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the City may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all SOQs in whole or in part. The terms of the Complete RFQ documents control over this ad.
