The project includes earthwork, erosion control, boardwalk construction, and permitting with AHJs. The Town of Belville is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders are required to adhere to the rules set forth in Article 1 of Chapter 87 of the NC General Statutes. The deadline to submit written questions to WithersRavenel is 5:00 pm local prevailing time on March 17, 2025. A final addendum will be released no later than 5:00 PM on March 28, 2025.
