The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: full asphalt removal of approximately 13,625 SY, regrading and road base as required, new asphalt, concrete replacement, and all appurtenant work. 2025 Street Rebuild Projects Project consists of portion of Cynthia Way, Windsor Drive, Windsor Court, and Ascot Way, approximately 13.625 SY. Cynthia Way will include minor concrete replacement for damaged areas, full asphalt removal, regrading, additional roadbase as required, and new asphalt. Windsor Drive, Windsor Court and Ascot Way will include minor concrete replacement for damaged areas, full asphalt removal, excavation to 9" below final grade, new geotextile, 6" of new road base, and new asphalt.
