PREVAILING WAGE RATE Each Bidder must comply with Prevailing Wage Rate Law 220, section 220-h, requiring the provision for 10 hour OSHA certification for all workers for projects of $250,000 or more. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King and King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents.
