As of June 3, 2025, the project was awarded to ProSpectra Contract Flooring, with an awarded amount of $505,058.54 Fairmeadow Elementary School Carpet Replacement Project Description of the Work: The project summary is noted as campus-wide interior carpet replacement with additional vinyl sheet flooring in select buildings per plans and specifications. Vinyl base replacement throughout To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): A, B, and/or C-15 Contractor Licenses. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract Bonding required for this project is as follows: Bid Bond 10% of the total bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work.
