Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Trophy Club, Texas. Completed plans call for the expansion of a primary / secondary education facility.
Plans call for the renovation and additions to Byron Nelson High School. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to: additions and renovations to the following: auditorium, arena, cafeteria, ag shop, baseball/softball bleacher expansion, carpet replacement. As of March 14th, 2025, a construction manager has been assigned. Construction is expected to start in May 2025. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Additions and renovations to existing high school; including new football stadium; auditorium, gymnasium, and cafeteria expansions; baseball and softball additions; renovation and expansion of mechanical and welding shops; new carpeting throughout the campus; and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
