Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Okeechobee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Okeechobee, Florida (City) is currently soliciting Bids to provide construction services needed to replace drainage pipe and inlets along approximately 1,000 linear feet of SE 8th Avenue from SE 6th Court to SE 3rd Street with associated replacement of asphalt pavement, valley gutter, and concrete sidewalks as required. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Direct questions concerning the scope of work in writing to Contracts Manager Andres Rodriguez, contractmanager@cityofokeechobee.com. This solicitation does not commit the City of Okeechobee to award any contracts, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this bid, or to contract for any services.
