Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Okeechobee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work is generally described as follows: The installation of approximately 2,955 linear feet of 16-inch PVC water main, 20 linear feet of 185-inch PVC water main, 865 linear feet of 18-inch directionally drilled DR-11 High Density Polyethylene water main, one (1) 8” water main connection with 15 LF of new water main, and one (1) 6” water main connection with 15 LF of new water main. Work will include the installation of the water main, water main connections, existing water main removal or abandonment, and restoration of the affected areas to existing or better condition. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be complete within 150 calendar days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment within 180 calendar days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
