I" CRUSHED GRAVEL Bidder shall fumish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to crush, weigh and stockpile gravel at the Brown Pit in east Sully County. 2. 1" aggregate shall conform to Section 882 ofthe South Dakota Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads & Bridges for Gravel Surfacing. Crushed Gravel must meet 6-10 Plasticity Index. 3. All pit stripping shall be placed to conform to the pit owner's plan for restoration as provided for by the Surface Mining Act. 4. Sully County requires testing material as per specs every 5,000 tons which will be at the cost ofthe contractor. 5. All materials must be crushed bv November lst. Payment for crushed gravel will be paid for at the contract unit price per ton. o Bidder must submit a certificate of liability insurance and workman's comp proof of insurance Sully County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as determined to be in the best interest of Sully County.
