Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of various removals; storm sewer and drainage structures; water distribution system improvements; sanitary sewer collection and conveyance system improvements; hot mix asphalt and concrete driveways; hot mix asphalt pavement; sodding; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements. Approximately 1.5 miles of street segments will be improved as part of the project.
