The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In San Diego County in the City of San Diego on Route 8 at Alverado Road and in The City of El Cajon on Route 8 at Pierce Street and Johnson Avenue. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 11-SD-8-9.60, 14.60, 15.35 Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 120 working days.
