Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roxana, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 8, 2025. Roxana Community Park District is accepting sealed bids for labor, services, materials, equipment and related items for the "Burbank Park Revitalization Project - Phase 1", to include the construction of a parking lot, two pickle ball courts, one half basketball court and adjoining sidewalks", located in the 200 Block of N. Central Ave, Roxana, IL 62084. The Contractor awarded this contract shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment obligations arising thereunder. The Contractor to whom the award is made shall be subject to federal laws including 1) fair employment practices; 2) prevailing wages; 3) worker compensation; 4) preference to Illinois laborers; 5) sexual harassment and drug free workplace policies. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, waive any informality or accept any bid that may be deemed most advantageous to them.
