**As of May 07, 2025, this project has been awarded to Crane Creek Asphalt with the bid amount of $2,854,626.68.** This Work consists of loading and hauling salvaged Materials, not required for installation elsewhere under this Contract, to the designated storage area(s) and depositing the Materials to the satisfaction of the Engineer in accordance with MnDOT 2104 ONLY REGISTERED PLANHOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID PROJECT. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids without question or to waive defects.
