California Department of Transportation (Caltrans/Department) has issued the enclosed Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ) for services described in the enclosed proposed contract. Please read the entire contract package and all attachments carefully. If you desire to submit a quote, complete the Price Quote sheet and email it to the Analyst listed in the IFPQ. Your signature affixed to and dated on the quote proposal shall constitute a certification under penalty of perjury, unless exempted, that you have complied with the nondiscrimination program requirements of Government Code Section 12990 and Title 2, California Code of Regulations, Section 11102, and the nondiscrimination program requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 21, and 23 CFR Part 200. Award of this contract will be to the lowest responsible contractor whose quote complies with all requirements as described in this IFPQ. If your bid is more than $461,000.00, it will be rejected per Public Contract Code Section 10105(b). Contractor must be a Certified Small Business at the time of the quote date. If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract.
