Site Improvements For The City Of Fresno Department Of Public Utilities Operations and Maintenance Facility The scope of work includes but is not limited to; site improvements for the Department of Public Utilities Operations & Maintenance Facility for fencing, access control gates, landscaping, irrigation, concrete surface and structures, and asphalt replacement and repairs where indicated. The work hereunder constitutes a "public work" as defined in Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the California Labor Code, and Contractor shall cause the work to be performed as a "public work" in accordance with such Chapter of the California Labor Code. The Council of the City of Fresno has adopted Resolution No. 82-297 ascertaining the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and per diem wages for holidays and overtime in the Fresno area for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the execution of contracts for the City. A copy of the resolution is on file at the Office of the City Clerk.
