Construction of a New Submersible Pump Station, Service laterals; 2,100 Feet of 6-inch Force Main, 22 Manholes, 3,600 Feet of 8-inchgravity Collection Line, Miscellaneous Other Work and Improvements; All Material,labor, Tools, Equipment, and Any Other Items Necessary to Complete the Work Asdescribed in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings. Establishment of Atriplex Submersible Lift Station (This Phase is a Duplex Application) and a Forcemain to Transport Wastewater to the Forest Trails Wwtp for Treatment and Disposal. The Project Area is Along Palm Blvd. And Cameron Blvd. Between 37th Ave. And 41stave.onthe Isle of Palms, Charleston County, South Carolina. This Project Isbeing Funded in Whole or in Part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investmentprogram (Sciip), Which is Administered by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructureauthority (Ria) and Funded by Federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (Slfrf)through the American Rescue Plan Act (Arpa). All Federal Slfrf Requirements Andsciip Requirements Will Apply to the Contract. All Contractors and Subcontractorsarerequired to Be Registered in the Federal System for Award Management (online) Andmay Not Be Debarred From Doing Business With the Federal Government. Respondents Onthis Work Will Be Required to Comply With All Applicable Federal Regulations,including Those Listed in Exhibit a. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Orcertified Cashier's Check in an Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Base Bid. All Bondsshall Be by a Surety Company Licensed in South Carolina With an "a" Minimum Ratingof Performance and a Financial Strength of at Least Five (5) Times the Contractprice as Listed in the Most Current Publication of "Best's Key Rating Guideproperty Liability". Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in an Amount Equal to 100%of the Contract Price, Shall Be Required of the Successful Bidder if the Contractis Awarded.
