Award of this contract will be to the lowest responsible contractor whose quote complies with all requirements as described in this IFPQ. If your bid is more than $461,000.00, it will be rejected per Public Contract Code Section 10105(b). Contractor must be a Certified Small Business at the time of the quote date. If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract.
