Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 2, 2025, project was awarded to Manchester Unlimited LLC, doing business as A-Z Exterior Services but award amount is not available. Successful Offeror(s) will provide striping, painting and related services for all DAS-owned parking lots including, but not limited to, pavement marking, striping, stenciling, curb painting, stairs and step painting, handicap space markings, walk-ways and pedestrian crossing areas. Services shall also include, but not be limited to, lot preparation consisting of pressure washing, sweeping, leaf blowing and clearing of any debris before painting Services begin.
