The purpose of this procurement is to have available for Human Services programs an electrician capable to work on residential homes. Must have an electrical contracting license and follow all codes and rules. This can be work on mobile/manufactured homes and site-built residences. The purpose of this contract is to have available for Human Services programs an electrician capable to work on residential homes. Must have an electrical contracting license and follow all codes and rules. This can be work on mobile/manufactured homes and site-built residences. The Contractor will work at various Pierce County locations on an as-needed basis. The County does not warrant, either expressed or implied, regarding , the actual amount of work- to be performed under this bid. The county reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of work or to eliminate one or more items prior to or following the award of the contract. The basis of payment will be the actual unit bid prices for the item of the work performed and measured in accordance with these specifications. Question Deadline 03/21/2025 at 4:00 PM PT The initial contract amount is estimated to be $150,000.00; the County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract. The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be One (2) Year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional year. Total contract time is Not to Exceed Two (2) Years. A Bid Bond is NOT required for this solicitation.
