QUESTIONS DUE: October 23, 2025 by 4:00 PM EST The Board of Directors of Sanitation District No. 1 (SD1) hereby invites the submission of qualifications for a Licking River Tunnel Solution - Owner's Representative Services. SD1 is requesting qualifications from Engineering Firms interested in providing Owners Representative Services for the Licking River Tunnel Solution project. SD1 plans to select an engineering firm or team to assist and provide oversight of the project from design through construction. SD1 will select two (2) firms based on qualifications provided. Those two (2) firms will then be asked to provide hourly rates for all potential team members. There will be a charge of $15.00 to submit a bid. Plan-holders will receive addenda and other proposal document updates via online. Prospective proposers must be on the plan holders list through online for proposal to be accepted. A Pre-proposal Meeting will be held at SD1's main office at 1045 Eaton Drive, Ft. Wright, KY, 41017 and online via Microsoft Teams. All interested firms should attend. The Sanitation District No. 1's specific expectations, procedures, and requirements for this project will be discussed. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled submission deadline. SD1 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality.
