The City of La Pine, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Newberry Wastewater Lift Station Improvements - 2025. The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of an existing wastewater lift station; construction of a new duplex submersible wastewater lift station; installation of approximately 85 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) gravity sewer pipe; installation of approximately 5,689 LF of 10-inch PVC pressure sewer line, including a pipeline crossing of U.S. Highway 97; installation of approximately 650 LF of 8-inch PVC pressure sewer line; installation of electrical, controls, and instrumentation; installation of a new standby power generator system; site and restoration work; and painting, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project has an expected duration of 230 days.
