The City of Toledo DPU/ Sewer and Drainage is seeking bidders for Citywide Sewer & Water Kills that are not covered under the separately bid contract for Urban Beautification Lucas County Land Bank kills. Bid prices shall be to two (2) decimal places (i.e. $0.00). Only one (1) price per line item will be accepted. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of a cashier's check/official check on a solvent bank or a bid bond. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The check must also be scanned and uploaded online. Company checks and personal checks will NOT be accepted. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Toledo." The following items will be required upon awarding the contract: Performance Bond and PLA, if applicable. The successful bidder shall submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project 2 weeks after start date then weekly thereafter. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations.
