Akery Lake Phase 1 Excavation The City of Manvel is soliciting proposals to excavate the Lake Akery Drainage Basin in Manvel, Texas. This excavation will be accomplished by a Land Lease to allow a qualified entity to excavate, remove, and utilize sand and other materials in a manner that is environmentally responsible and economically viable, while providing use of property for a future drainage basin and recreation area. The lease will be granted based on the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
