AZ LOCAL TIME TO: MayoHaydenWaterPlans@kimley-horn.com Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) contractor to provide construction services for the Water Transmission Main Improvements at Mayo Boulevard and Hayden Road project (Project). The Project is located on Mayo Boulevard between Miller Road and Hayden Road, and on Hayden Road between Mayo Boulevard and the Loop 101. The construction of this project will involve the use of public funds, and therefore, Title 34 of the Arizona Revised Statutes will be applicable. Generally, this Water Transmission Main project will require cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and construction of the water transmission main work including but not limited to approximately 37 linear feet of 30-inch Class 250 ductile iron pipe, 2,282 linear feet of 24-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe, 1,641 linear feet of 20-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe, and 106 linear feet of 16-inch Class 350 ductile iron pipe. The project will also include five fire hydrants, five butterfly valves, interconnections to existing water main, and service stubs to adjacent developments. Project mobilization, site surveying, as-built plan preparation, and testing are also required. Substantial completion of the project is anticipated on or before December 15, 2025. Kimley-Horn is the engineer preparing the construction plans for the project. Kimley-Horn will obtain the necessary construction document approvals from agencies to support construction efforts. Plan approvals are anticipated for late April 2025. Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC intends to procure these services in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute 34-201.
