Remodeling of a municipal facility in Rockford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The City of Rockford through Progressive Companies, the Architect, is soliciting bids from a general contractor to be responsible for all trades and coordination for all required work between trades as indicated in Rockford City Office Remodel Contract Documents. Work includes: renovation of a section of the existing city hall. Complete renovation of a set of restrooms, new walls for additional offices and storage rooms, and new finishes in council chambers, lobby, open office area, breakroom, etc. Bids must contain signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the Bidder and the City Manager or any/other City employees. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% labor and material bond and 100% performance bond. The City of Rockford reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the City's best interest and may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
