The scope of work of this request for proposals is generally described as developing the City of Folsom's 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). Services for the 2025 UWMP generally include, but are not limited to, water supply and demand data gathering, review and analysis (current and forecast) of water supplies and demands, water supply reliability assessment, water shortage contingency planning (WSCP) updates, population and water shortage analysis, updating unit demand factors, and climate change impact review. The Consultant shall also assist the City with making the required notifications to other local agencies and public hearing notifications as specified by the Urban Water Management Planning Act.
