Laminated wood poles and associated pole hardware. Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region has a requirement for two Glue Laminated Wood Poles in accordance with attached specifications and special instructions. All products must be factory new, not used/like new or refurbished. Any used products will not be accepted. Quotes shall be firm-fixed price and FOB Destination. Submit questions in writing via email to hrcooper@wapa.gov by May 5, 2025, 17:00 Pacific Time. No questions by phone call. Quotation packages are due via email to hrcooper@wapa.gov by May 9, 2025, 17:00 Pacific Time. The contractor is authorized up to 60 calendar days after the contract completion date to complete and submit final drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and any other data required by the contract.
