As of June 2, 2025, the project was awarded to Erickson-Hall Construction but the awarded amount is not available. The Project consists of both new construction and modernization upgrades. Existing Buildings 100, 200 and 300 are to undergo varying levels of modernization. A new one-story Administration Building and a new one-story Classroom Building will be constructed on the lower level of the campus. The parking lot on the lower level of the campus will be reconfigured to provide an on-site student pick-up and drop-off area. The existing octangular lunch shelter will be demolished and replaced with a new lunch shelter. Another new lunch shelter will be added in the kindergarten play yard.
