The City of Rocky Mount is soliciting proposals for grass and weed-cutting services for flood lots maintained by the City within Edgecombe and Nash counties (see ATTACHMENT A). The City intends to select multiple contractors to perform these services under an on-call contract. This solicitation does not imply or guarantee a work duration, monetary value, or any work. The on-call contract will have a two (2) year duration. At the end of the contract's current term, the city shall have the option to renew one (1) additional year if both parties are in agreement. Submit Written Questions Vendor Wednesday 3/19/2025 Written questions shall be emailed to tracy.johnson@rockymountnc.gov by the date and time specified above. Vendors should enter "RFP # 320-050325TJ: Questions" as the subject for the email.
